Grady Sizemore Pictures Hit the Web (PHOTO)

Cleveland Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore has taken legal action after semi-naked pictures hit an internet site on Sunday.

Fifteen cell phone pics show Sizemore alone in front of a mirror in his bathroom. In some, he is fully clothed, in others, he’s wearing very little clothing, and in still others, he is “flying solo.”

Sizemore apparently took the photos when he was still dating Playmate Brittany Binger.  Major League Baseball and the Players Association are now looking into the matter on his behalf.

“These pictures were stolen illegally from my girlfriend’s e-mail,” Sizemore said. “It’s now a legal matter that is under investigation. I can’t say anything more.”

Cleveland Indians GM Mark Shapiro was quoted as saying, “I have not seen the pictures, but I will look into it.”
