Kim Kardashian Kris HumphriesIt’s sure to be a spectacle.  The Kim Kardahsian wedding will happen in under a week, but the reality star isn’t experiencing any jitters when it comes to saying “I do” to NBA star Kris Humphries.

“I’m very calm,” Kardashian told Access Hollywood yesterday at the Do Something Awards in Los Angeles.

“Maybe last week I was a little bit more freaked out with space and invites, just making sure everything was perfect,” she continued. “But this week I’m totally calm.”

Kim says the secret to staying calm is to keep busy.

“I’m busy,” she told Access. “I have my big Sears launch (the Kardashian Kollection) this week, so I’m kind of just focusing on that. I’m working every single day this week.”

“Everyone says that you freak out, but I think all my freak-out moments happened at the beginning when we decided to get married this summer,” Kim told E! at the World’s Most Beautiful magazine launch party at Drai’s Hollywood. “That’s when you’re like, ‘When and where?!’ So once all those decisions were made…Like this week I’ve been really calm.”

Kim, who will be wearing a Vera Wang gown at her August 20 wedding ceremony, also posted to Twitter over the weekend to express her wedding joy.

“OMGGGG my wedding is a week away!!!! This is so crazy! I’m so happy!” Kim wrote.

On January 11, 2010 the Dallas Mavericks traded Humphries along with G/F Shawne Williams to the New Jersey Nets in order to re-acquire Eduardo Najera. On January 27, 2010, Humphries went off to score a career high 25 points against the Los Angeles Clippers. He previously recorded career highs of 15 and 21 points respectively as a New Jersey Net.

The 2011 season was a breakout season for Humphries as he averaged a double-double in points and rebounds.

Humphries surprised Kardashian at her Beverly Hills home on May 18 of this year, spelling out, “Will you marry me?” in rose petals on the floor of her bedroom, where he was waiting on one knee.

Kim Kardashian’s engagement ring was 20.5 carats and reportedly cost $2 million.
