Yep, it you’re a Kansas City Royals fan, it’s just that bad!
The Royals have accomplished the amazing feat of losing their first ten games at home, something that hasn’t been done since 1913.
Royals manager Ned Yost says the “adversity” of a 3-14 start is the “fertilizer for maturity and growth.”
Yep, it’s fertilizer all right.
Then there’s “Royals Book Guy.”
This guy, as seen above and below, decided to put his time spent in the seats behind home plate to good use, by getting himself engrossed in a good book during Monday night’s loss to the Toronto Blue Jays.
The photo has made its way all around the internet, and has even spawned a parody Twitter account – @RoyalsBookGuy!
His profile boasts the catchy description:
“Some people use drugs. Some use alcohol. 81 games? This is how I cope. #ourtime”
Yep, Royals fans. It’s just that bad!
